FAQ...

How long do repairs usually take?
We aim to carry out all repairs within 7 – 10 days of the item’s receipt. Where a repair requires spare parts or further testing of a timepiece to be conducted following extensive repair work, more time may be needed to fulfil the job.
What kind of warranty for any work performed by the workshop can I expect to receive?
Warranties are valid from anywhere between 3 and 12 months depending on the type of work. 12-month guarantees also cover all battery components installed by us.
Will my watch be watertight following any repairs or battery replacement carried out in your workshop?
After the service or repair in our workshop your watch will retain the same level of water resistance as that specified by the manufacturer.
Do you repair watches made from precious metals?
Repairs to watches made from precious metals are no different to those for steel watches or any other material. If desired only the mechanism itself can be kept by us during the repair; you may choose to hang onto the housing for safekeeping while the repair is being done.
How often should watches be cleaned?
Ideally, contemporary watches should be cleaned every 3 and a half to 5 years, depending on the mechanism type, while quartz watches should be cleaned every 8 to 10 years.
