I have a 1984-vintage Heuer 3-dial chronograph that is a treasured possession. in the past, it had condensation inside and I took it to a Heuer dealer in Fairfax. He kept it over a year and it ran but the chrono function did not work right. I brought it to Oleg, and he has overhauled the watch, making new parts, cleaning or replacing the face and hands, and installed a new crystal. Everything is now perfect.
